Mark brings over two decades of senior leadership experience in the asset management industry, including roles at Aberdeen, HSBC Asset Management, and BNY Mellon. Most recently, he served as Finance Director at Cinven and previously as Chief Financial Officer of the Investments division at Aberdeen. Across his career, Mark has built and led high-performing finance teams, strengthened financial control environments, and delivered large-scale operational and finance transformation initiatives within complex, global organisations.
Mark is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales, and holds a BEng in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Bristol.
