Osmosis Investment Management (Osmosis) was recently recognised at the European Pensions Awards 2026 and Environmental Finance Sustainable Investment Awards 2026, receiving three awards across the two ceremonies. The wins celebrated our investment capabilities, proprietary research and continued innovation across sustainable investing.
At the European Pensions Awards 2026, Osmosis was named Factor Investing Offering of the Year for our pioneering Resource Efficiency strategy.
The judges commented:
“The firm impressed the judges by developing a high-quality factor investing solution that meets the complex needs of pension funds now and into the future.”

Nearly two decades ago, Osmosis began researching a simple idea: that companies creating more value from fewer natural resources could be better businesses. That research became our Model of Resource Efficiency, a differentiated approach that our research suggests is associated with stronger operational discipline, greater profitability and more resilient business models.
Alongside this recognition, Osmosis also received two awards at the Environmental Finance Sustainable Investment Awards 2026, winning:
- Boutique Investment Manager of the Year – EMEA
- Listed Equities Manager of the Year

The judges praised our research-led approach, continued innovation across asset classes and differentiated work in emerging markets, highlighting our focus on “positive economics”. They also credited research that has challenged the perception that sustainability data is too inconsistent to support robust investment decisions.
The recognition builds on previous success, having won both categories in 2024 and Listed Equities Manager of the Year in 2025.
These awards reflect a year of continued innovation for the firm, including the launch of our Emerging Markets Core Equity Transition strategy following three years of proprietary research into environmental data across emerging markets. More broadly, they reflect our commitment to developing investment solutions grounded in rigorous research rather than market convention.
We are grateful to both judging panels for acknowledging our work and to our clients for their continued trust and partnership. Most importantly, these awards pay tribute to the dedication of our research, data, quantitative and investment teams, whose curiosity continues to drive the evolution of our investment platform.
