We are pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Maher to the Osmosis Board of Directors, effective 14 July 2026, succeeding Sandra Robertson upon her retirement.

Peter is an Investment Director at Oxford University Endowment Management (OUem), where he is responsible for the sourcing, diligence and evaluation of investments across all asset classes. He brings extensive experience across public and private market investments.
Prior to joining OUem in 2023, Peter was Head of Venture Capital Investing at Legal & General. From 2014 to 2021, he worked at Cambridge Associates in its Boston and London offices, advising and managing multi-asset portfolios for charities, family offices and corporates and eventually leading EMEA Private Equity and Venture Capital Research.
Peter began his career in civil service, working for the US Department of Defense to coordinate capacity-building initiatives with peer institutions in the Middle East and South Asia. He holds a master’s degree from Tufts University and an MBA from Duke University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Peter’s appointment provides valuable continuity and reflects the ongoing support of our long-standing shareholder. Oxford Endowment Fund was Osmosis’ first external institutional investor and has been a supportive shareholder since 2012.
We extend our sincere thanks to Sandra for her valued contribution, guidance and commitment to Osmosis. Sandra has been a fundamental part of our enduring relationship with the Oxford Endowment Fund, and we wish her every happiness in retirement.
We look forward to welcoming Peter to the Board and benefiting from his extensive investment experience.
