Royce is an experienced developer specialising in building and maintaining quantitative investment models, with a focus on automation and integration of complex datasets to support systematic strategies. Prior Osmosis, Royce worked at LGIM as a senior factor analyst, building and optimising strategies that leveraged factor and ESG analysis.
Royce holds a Master of Science in Financial Modelling and Optimisation from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Fudan University in China.
