Press Release
February 19, 2026
The Osmosis Group today announced a significant strategic capital commitment from its long term shareholders, led by Amova Asset Management, the Oxford Endowment Fund, and the Sustainable Investors Fund, a fund managed by Capricorn Investment Group (“SIF”).
The commitment supports the sustainable investment manager’s multiyear strategy to strengthen its research, technology, and product capabilities across equities and credit, building on the recent expansion of its investment and research teams across the platform.
The Osmosis Group currently manages close to $17 billion in assets across eleven sustainable investment strategies, spanning systematic equities and climate focused credit solutions. The Group employs around 50 professionals across its UK and Netherlands businesses.
Ben Dear, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Osmosis Group, said:
“This commitment reflects long standing alignment with our shareholders and their continued confidence in our strategy. Environmental risk has not diminished, but expectations of asset managers have evolved. This capital supports our focus on building a deeper, more integrated platform designed for long term relevance.”
The capital will be used to enhance the Group’s technology stack, strengthen quantitative and environmental research infrastructure, and integrate research programs across asset classes. It will support the development of shared tools, data, and analytics that underpin product innovation and cross asset capability at a Group level.
Amova Asset Management, the Oxford Endowment Fund and SIF have been shareholders in the Osmosis Group for a number of years and share a long term perspective on environmental risk and opportunity.
