Osmosis Investment Management today announced the appointment of Mark Hardiman as Chief Financial Officer as the firm continues to expand its business. The hire comes as part of a broader strategy to grow and extend Osmosis’s sustainability-focused investment approach across asset classes.
Mark brings over two decades of senior leadership experience across the asset management industry, including roles at Aberdeen, HSBC Asset Management, and BNY Mellon.
Most recently, Mark served as Finance Director at Cinven and previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer of the Investments division at Aberdeen. He brings deep expertise in transforming finance functions, strengthening governance, and supporting strategic decision-making within complex global investment businesses. Over the course of his career, he has built high-performing teams, enhanced financial controls, and delivered large-scale operational improvements across diverse organisations.
