Chief Executive & Investment Officer

Victor has been at the helm of investment teams over many years, managing and successfully navigating many crises. Throughout these years Victor was known for strong performance while driving business via product innovations such as the first global Paris aligned climate funds or SDG driven strategies. Victor built one of the world’s best sustainability centers and was a member of Cambridge CISL. Victor sees the opportunity to combine this experience in a Transition manager, as described in his recent book “Bias”.

Victor holds a degree in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and is a Registered Investment Analyst (RBA).

Michiel Prinsze v2

Michiel Prinsze

Chief Risk & Compliance Officer

Michiel has 18 years of experience as a Global General Counsel and Head of Legal Affairs, managing worldwide legal functions for a major asset manager. During this time, he advised the Executive Committee, participated in Enterprise Risk Management, led key legal and regulatory projects, and directed global legal teams. His legal career spans 35 years, including 7 years as legal counsel, prior experience as an in-house lawyer at KBC, and work as an attorney in private practice. Michiel has held multiple Board positions across various legal entities, bringing extensive governance expertise to Osmosis NL.

Michiel holds a Master’s degree in law from Leiden University.

Albert Wisgerhof v2

Albert Wisgerhof

Chief Financial & Operating Officer

Albert has managed operations across the Asia-Pacific region for two years as Managing Director and Regional Business Manager. Before this, he served three years as CFO and COO for an asset management company in Mumbai, India. His career began at KPMG Corporate Finance, building a foundation that developed into comprehensive expertise in finance, operations, corporate development, and regulation across diverse markets. Albert has held Board positions in Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, and Japan, all in locally regulated entities. This global experience brings practical operational insight to Osmosis NL.

Albert holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an MSc in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Peter Kwaak

Peter Kwaak

Lead Portfolio Manager

Peter is a lead portfolio manager in the Osmosis NL fixed income team, primarily responsible for the firm’s investment-grade credit strategies. He has managed global and European credit portfolios since 2000, including investment-grade, high-yield, and hybrid bond strategies. In recent years, he has co-developed sustainable investing approaches such as global green bond and climate transition strategies, combining alpha generation with positive impact.

Peter is a CFA Charter holder and gained his Master’s in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands.

Reinout Schapers

Reinout Schapers

Lead Portfolio Manager

Reinout is part of the portfolio management team with a focus on investment-grade, high-yield, and emerging market credit strategies. He has over 20 years of experience in credit markets, having managed global investment-grade, emerging market, and income strategies. Before joining Osmosis NL, he held senior portfolio management roles at leading European investment firms and began his career in investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Reinout holds a Master’s degree in engineering from the Delft University of Technology, graduating on industrial real estate investing.

Patrick Bawlf

Patrick Bawlf

Lead Portfolio Manager

Patrick is a Portfolio Manager at Osmosis NL, specializing in high yield and special situations. He has over 25 years of experience across portfolio management, credit analysis, and M&A. Before joining Osmosis NL, Patrick managed global credit special situations and restructuring strategies at a Dutch asset manager, and previously held senior roles in credit and corporate finance at Lehman Brothers, Nomura, Deutsche Bank, and KPMG.

Patrick holds a BA in Economics from The University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Jan Anton van Zanten

Head of Sustainable Investing

Jan Anton leads sustainable investment strategy at Osmosis NL, overseeing the development of sustainability research and models that inform client-focused investment solutions. He also serves as a Visiting Fellow at Erasmus University, connecting academic research with practical innovation in sustainable investing. Before joining Osmosis NL, Jan Anton was Executive Director at a European asset manager, where he led SDG-aligned initiatives, and previously worked in sustainability consulting and at the UN Environment Programme.

Jan Anton holds a PhD from Erasmus University, awarded with high honours and recognized with the ERIM Best Part-time Dissertation Award. He also earned an MPhil from the University of Cambridge, an MSc from Erasmus University, and dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Groningen. His academic work has been published in leading journals.

Bob Stoutjesdijk

Bob Stoutjesdijk

Strategist and Portfolio Manager

Bob is a strategist and portfolio manager at Osmosis NL, specialising in investment strategy and global credit markets. He shapes the firm’s macro and credit views, co-authors the Credit Quarterly Outlook, and turns central-bank and market developments into portfolio positioning. Previously, he spent over five years as a lead macro PM and strategist at a Dutch asset manager, focusing on monetary policy, bond-market drivers, and valuations. Earlier roles include senior portfolio manager at a major global energy company’s asset-management arm, and fixed-income and quant positions at other financial institutions. His insights have been featured in outlets such as Bloomberg and Investment Week.

Bob holds a Master’s in Economics & Business from Erasmus University Rotterdam and is a CAIA charterholder.

Jankees Ruizeveld

Jankees Ruizeveld

Head of Research and Technology

Jankees is Head of Research and Technology at Osmosis NL, overseeing credit research and technological innovation. He develops automated solutions using Python, AI, and machine learning to enhance the research process. Before joining Osmosis NL, Jankees spent 25 years at a Dutch asset manager, where he co-led the Credit Research Team and focused on the Telecom Services sector.

Jankees holds an MSc in Econometrics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, studied at Vienna University of Economics and Business, and is a Certified EFFAS Financial Analyst (CEFA).

Rutger Bruijnzeel

Rutger Bruijnzeel

Head of Data Science

Rutger is Head of Data Science, leading data initiatives and the data roadmap with a focus on sustainable investing and applying AI in credit research. He also oversees infrastructure supporting portfolio, order, and execution management. Before joining Osmosis NL, Rutger worked as a data scientist in portfolio engineering and trading, developing research tools for fixed income products and studying investor behaviour and trading dynamics.

Rutger holds an MSc in Operations Research & Management Science from Tilburg University, and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.

Gorden Blom

Gorden Blom

Head of IT

Gorden leads IT strategy at Osmosis NL, overseeing software development, cybersecurity, and cloud architecture. He focuses on connecting technology with business outcomes, ensuring scalable and secure solutions that enhance the firm’s research and investment capabilities. Before joining Osmosis NL, Gorden worked as a cloud architect and developer across the financial sector, building quantitative research and sustainability data platforms and leading cloud transformation projects.

Gorden holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering.

Astrid van der Waal-Sieminski

Astrid van der Waal-Sieminski

Risk Manager and Internal Control

Astrid oversees Osmosis NL’s risk management framework across entity, investment, and operational activities. She focuses on governance, regulatory compliance, and risk oversight in support of Osmosis NL’s sustainable investment strategies. Before joining Osmosis NL, Astrid spent over a decade at a European asset manager in Internal Audit and Fixed Income Investments, and previously held roles at TMF FundServices and EY.

Astrid holds an MSc in Accounting, Audit & Controlling, and is a CFA charterholder, Dutch CPA, and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). She has also completed the CFA Certificates in ESG Investing and Data Science for Investment Professionals.

Taeke Wiersma

Taeke Wiersma

Senior Credit Analyst

Taeke is a Credit Analyst focusing on corporates, banks, and insurers within Osmosis NL’s fixed income portfolios. He has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, including 16 years at a Dutch investment manager, where he led a global credit research team. Taeke played a key role in integrating ESG factors and developing frameworks to assess companies’ contributions to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Taeke holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Tilburg University and is a certified VBA investment professional.

Mariia Kuznetcova

Credit Analyst

Mariia focuses on financial institutions and corporate credit analysis across investment-grade and high-yield markets. Her work combines fundamental research with relative-value assessment to inform portfolio positioning. Before joining Osmosis NL, Mariia spent over six years at a Dutch investment management firm, covering financials and real estate issuers and contributing to the firm’s credit strategies.

Mariia holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Tilburg University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Higher School of Economics. She has successfully completed all three levels of the CFA Programme.

Leeja van Bezouwen

Leeja van Bezouwen

Credit Analyst

Leeja is responsible for cross-sector credit analysis across investment-grade and high-yield markets. Her work combines fundamental research with relative-value assessment to inform portfolio positioning and identify attractive credit opportunities. She previously covered the Technology and Consumer sectors as a Credit Analyst at a large international asset manager and began her career at EY in M&A due diligence. Beyond her analytical work, Leeja has led initiatives to integrate technology and automation into research workflows to improve efficiency and analytical insight.

Leeja holds an MSc in Financial Economics from the Erasmus School of Economics, where she received the Google Award for Best Master’s Thesis in the field on Internet & Economics in 2018.
