Nicole Carter Duffy is a sustainable finance specialist with extensive experience working with institutional investors and asset managers as well as leading academic institutions. Nicole previously spent a decade at AQR Capital Management, where she held a number of leadership roles, including Head of Sustainability Strategy and Head of Benelux. Her experience spans client engagement, business development and sustainable investment strategy across institutional markets. She has also been an active contributor to the global sustainable finance community and was selected as an inaugural member of the UK Endorsement Board Investor Advisory Group.

Nicole holds a master’s degree in Sustainability from Harvard University and a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford. She is a CAIA Charterholder.
