Michiel has 18 years of experience as a Global General Counsel and Head of Legal affairs, managing worldwide legal functions for a major asset manager. During this time, he advised the Executive Committee, participated in Enterprise Risk Management, led key legal and regulatory projects, and directed global legal teams. His legal career spans 25 years, including 7 years as legal counsel, prior experience as an in-house lawyer at KBC, and work as an attorney in private practice. Michiel has held multiple Board positions across various legal entities, bringing extensive governance expertise to Osmosis IM NL.

Albert has managed operations across the Asia-Pacific region for two years as Managing Director and Regional Business Manager. Before this, he served three years as CFO and COO for an asset management company in Mumbai, India. His career began at KPMG Corporate Finance, building a foundation that developed into comprehensive expertise in finance, operations, corporate development, and regulation across diverse markets. Albert has held Board positions in Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, and Japan, all in locally regulated entities. This global experience brings practical operational insight to Osmosis IM NL.
